Your data stays on your device
When you launch FinyxFin for the first time, you'll see an introduction explaining how your data is stored.
Your financial data is always stored securely on your device. FinyxFin never uploads your data to external servers.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is encrypted and synchronized across your Apple devices. Your data never leaves Apple's secure ecosystem.

Your data will remain stored locally on your device. You can still use all core features â premium adds sync across devices.
During onboarding, you'll be asked to choose your preferred currency. This sets the default currency for all your accounts and transactions.
If your currency isn't visible in the initial list, don't worry! Complete onboarding with the default currency, then change it anytime from Settings.

You're ready! Explore your financial dashboard
After onboarding, you'll create your first account. Choose an account type that matches where you keep your money:
Select the type that matches your account
Input your current account balance
Add a name, choose a color and icon
Your account is ready to use!
You can add as many accounts as you need after setup. Go to Accounts â Add Account anytime.
Once your account is created, you'll see the dashboard â your financial command center.

You can update preferences at any time by opening Settings:
