The App provides informational insights based on user-entered data and does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
All summaries, calculations, projections, and analytics are generated automatically and may contain errors or incomplete information. They should not be relied upon for financial reporting, tax filings, or legal purposes.
You are responsible for verifying all financial information before relying on it for any purpose.
Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via Apple iCloud if enabled.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. The App does not guarantee that data will always be recoverable.
FinyxFin stores financial data locally on your device and may optionally sync data using Apple iCloud services. Because these services depend on Apple infrastructure and your Apple account configuration, we cannot guarantee that data will always remain available or synchronized across devices.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your financial data using the tools provided within the app. While FinyxFin provides backup and restore functionality, successful recovery cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinyxFin shall not be responsible for any loss of financial data, corrupted files, synchronization issues, or other data-related problems resulting from device failures, software errors, Apple services, user actions, or other external factors.
The App relies on Apple services including iCloud and StoreKit. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures of these services.
FinyxFin may display currency conversion information using exchange rate data provided by third-party services such as Frankfurter API.
These rates are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They may not reflect real-time market prices, bank rates, card network rates, or the exact rates applied by financial institutions.
You are responsible for verifying exchange rates independently before relying on them for financial decisions or recordkeeping.
FinyxFin operates on Apple platforms and may use Apple services such as iCloud and StoreKit.
Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App, its content, functionality, maintenance, or support.
Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Payments for premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store.
We do not collect, store, or process your payment details.
Billing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
Any billing disputes or refund requests must be directed to Apple.
If your device or Apple ID is compromised, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your information.
The App may introduce integrations with financial institutions or services in the future. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such functionality.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes should ordinarily be resolved in courts located in India.
Your use of this App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
